EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

 

Rosie has 20 years of experience in front office, office administration and office management. Dedicating 15 years at Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS), including 7 years as an Office Manager and Head Credit Counselor, she was responsible for coordinating New Homebuyer Workshops, Mandated Bankruptcy Counseling, Budgeting schedules for counselors, and organize Debt Management Plans with various creditors. Rosie worked closely with local credit unions and small loan companies to initiate services for clients in financial duress. Working nationally for the FHA Hope Care Program assisting home owners in arrears with mortgage payments, she was responsible for numerous mortgage modifications that kept families in their homes following the housing crisis in 2007.

Managing the district offices of Consumer Credit Counseling Services for Kern and Tulare Counties, she implemented policies that streamed-lined work processes and bookkeeping practices for all satellite offices. She assisted the CEO and board with regulatory policies, assuring licenses for counselors, bookkeepers and collection staff were kept in accordance to every regulated affiliation. Rosie counseled and helped clients that did not speak English, translating numerous documents and presentations in Spanish. She used the skills acquired at CCCS to reach kids in foster care, high school and churches.

At R2M, Rosie is the Administrative Assistant to the Office Manager where she provides assistance to the engineering, environmental and safety departments. She is responsible for maintaining the office supplies, the office equipment stocked and functioning, water and shred services updated and assists with maintenance requests. Her role includes assisting the Executive Environmental Assistant with input of timesheets, recording of credit card receipts and mandatory mileage logging. She also routes and records all incoming calls, mail and other correspondences, assists with calendar entries for vehicle assignment and safety class schedules, and maintains an electronic and physical filing system.
