Morgan Kirkpatrick

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

Morgan is new to project assistance and marketing. At R2M, she assists with environmental projects and communicates with clients regarding permitting and compliance needs. She employs her educational skills in graphic design and public relations as she plans, coordinates, and represents R2M at public events.

14 years as a middle school teacher allowed her to develop strong cross-team collaboration, relationship management, service orientation, and leadership skills. In that time, she coordinated and executed events with vendor management, marketing promotions, and itineraries, spearheaded fundraising efforts, and served as social media liaison, where she designed graphics to communicate information and events to the public.

While in the classroom, Morgan cultivated and maintained positive, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, spearheaded team internal and external communications to ensure collaboration in project management, and also developed and organized professional development and trainings for staff and faculty, where she delivered high-impact presentations introducing new technology to adults to ensure their success. Additionally, she implemented training strategies with corresponding curriculum and digitized materials, content, and assignments, while offering video tutorials.
