As TxDOT improves roads & bridges faster than any other state in the Union, it is turning to private consultants to develop complex plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) on its behalf. Working as an extension of TxDOT, R2M Engineering was founded by professionals who cut their teeth at TxDOT. We know their policies & procedures from the inside out. In fact, we even contributed or co-authored some of their codified standards & regulations. R2M Engineering is a certified HUB/DBE firm with more than 50 years of combined rural & urban transportation design and construction experience. We have worked on over $750M of rural highways and urban freeways and prepared: Quality Control Plan Reviews, Signal Design & Layouts, Signing, Pavement Marking, & Channelization, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SW3P), and Traffic Control & Sequencing.
