EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
Tonya Woodruff has 12 years of accounting experience, five years of customer service and sales, and a little over 10 years of environmental administrative experience with R2M Engineering.
As an administrative assistant, she managed CEI end-of-month invoicing, timesheets, American Express Credit card charges and statements, and end of year inventory that was provided to the Office Manager. During her administration career with R2M, she assisted the VP of Engineering with Phase I ESAs, Record Search and Risk Assessment with Environmental Questionnaire reports, Asbestos reports, and coordinating appointments and travel plans. Tonya creates multiple environmental proposals, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Risk Assessment with Environmental Questionnaire reports for SBA and non-SBA loans, and Asbestos Survey Reports.
Tonya is a support system for the environmental, CEI, and the front office staff. Mentoring employees by providing written work processes, policy procedures, and standard business practices. Her duties include providing support to the CEI employees in the field by scheduling upcoming training, supplies, and support needed while away from the home office.
