Platform Train-The-Trainer
R2M serves a number of clients coast-to-coast and can accommodate your training needs regardless of your location. R2M’s trainers can train and certify your forklift and aerial lift operators at your facility in accordance with the OSHA Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) regulations. Our safety staff will provide classroom instruction that cover safe forklift operation and the responsibilities of the operator, including the daily inspection process, determining the load limits of a vehicle, signaling, out of service criteria, workplace specific rules and hazards, and the requirements of the regulation. Along with detailed classroom instruction, students will be evaluated on their knowledge and skills on the equipment they will be operating in their workplace environment.

We take the time to verify each trainer’s knowledge, operational skills and ability to teach effectively. Trainers will gain confidence and receive actual classroom teaching experience. Topics in this course will include safe forklift operations, operator equipment evaluation, training techniques, certification procedures and processes, train-the-trainer overview and training manual, OSHA rules and guidelines, test and answers. Upon completion of this course students will have gained knowledge of mandatory requirements to comply with the regulation and will be capable of conducting a forklift training class.
