Electrical Substation Awareness Training

Electrical safety training is required for all employees exposed to electrical contacts of 50 volts or higher. R2M Engineering has worked with industry experts to develop an electrical safety program that not only meets OSHA requirements but offers the students a firm understanding of the topic. This training is designed to provide employees and contractors with an awareness of the hazards associated with working within, or in close proximity to, power generation and distribution installations, including related equipment for the purpose of communication or metering that are accessible only to qualified personnel. Attendees will learn about regulatory compliance with the OSHA standards as well as industry best practices used to mitigate the levels of hazards present.
