 Sean is the powerhouse behind many of our safety initiatives, bringing years of expertise and a lifelong love of learning to the table. As our Senior Safety Manager, he’s a key component of our Safety and D.O.T. Training and Consulting.

 But that’s not all – Sean’s talents extend to the skies as well! As a Licensed Commercial UAS pilot, he’s one of our go-to guys for navigating the world of drones, contributing immensely to our projects with precision and skill.

Meet Jere Hart, our incredible Lead Surveyor and Traffic Engineer! With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Jere is a mentor and an invaluable asset to our team. His dedication to project development in engineering and surveying, as well as his expertise in quality control of plans and specs, ensures that we maintain the highest standards in our work.

Jere holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MS in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

Outside of his professional achievements, Jere has a rich history as a retired church choir vocalist and a former water ski extraordinaire. He’s also an avid fan of TTU, Texas, and the Dallas Cowboys.

Meet Jason Brewer, one of our skilled Engineering Technicians at R2M Engineering! Jason tackles a variety of responsibilities, including surveying, engineering, and AutoCAD, ensuring our projects are executed with precision and expertise.

With a BS in Education from Texas Tech University, Jason brings a unique perspective to our engineering team.

When he’s not working, Jason is a man of many hobbies. He’s a self-proclaimed “bad golfer,” a passionate Kansas City Chiefs fan, and a DIY enthusiast. From brewing his own beer and refinishing pontoons to whipping up gourmet meals, Jason is always finding new ways to keep busy.

Freddie’s impressive credentials include being a Bilingual Certified Safety and Health Official, a Bilingual Specialist in Safety and Health for both General Industry & Construction, and a Qualified Industrial Hygienist, all earned through the University of Texas-Arlington Training Institute.

With safety training and inspections as his key responsibilities, Freddie is committed to maintaining a safe environment wherever he goes.

And when he’s not busy safeguarding lives, Freddie is also a Life Coach, helping others reach their full potential in his “spare” time.

Colleen’s role is essential to our operations, as she expertly manages human resources, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

A proud graduate of Monterey High School, Class of 1981, Colleen’s experience and knowledge have been invaluable to our growth and success.

Outside the office, Colleen cherishes time with her family, and she’s affectionately known as “Lolli” to her six beautiful grandchildren. She also has a passion for fishing and loves spending time outdoors. And while she may not be swinging the clubs, Colleen enjoys riding along in the golf cart while her husband of 41 years plays a round.

Aslyn’s academic journey took her through Texas Tech University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences with minors in GIS and Spanish, equipping her with a strong foundation for her role. But there’s more to Aslyn than her professional achievements. She has an incredible story of meeting her husband while working on an offshore drill ship in the Gulf of Mexico.

At home, she’s a proud mom to a little girl with a big personality. When she’s not working or spending time with her family, Aslyn loves to express her creativity through painting and making music. Aslyn, your passion for both your work and your creative endeavors is truly inspiring.
